Brussels Jazz Weekend
On Friday 27 May, the Brussels Jazz Orchestra will climb the main stage of the free festival Brussels Jazz Weekend. All weekend long, the program on the Grand Place (B) will be entirely devoted to Toots Thielemans. On Friday evening, the orchestra, together with Hermine Deurloo, will pay tribute to the jazz legend and Brussels ket who would have turned 100 this year. Read more.
A musical picnic
On Sunday 29 May you can visit the garden of De Bijloke in Ghent (B). Côté Jardin is inviting the Brussels Jazz Orchestra and Tutu Puoane with the project We Have a Dream. "Bring your friends, a bottle of bubbles and a picnic basket, or let yourself be pampered at the food stalls and bars in our garden. Don't miss the biggest musical picnic in Ghent," concludes the organisation. Read more.
